Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Kris Krohn. You have become an asset to the many real estate "gurus" writing a book about investing in real estate, purchasing homes with the $300K you borrowed from your father in law ( you married a sweet heart with her parents money), you also worked for PMG in Provo utah as a sales man and you were good at it!, remember that? you were a closer at one of the companies that swindled millions from people that wanted to invest in real estate, and your sales tactics for a package that went from $1000 to upwards of $30K for a real estate guru walking them through every step of the way( and none were investors nor you) you bought your first home for you to live in, attended school at BYU, borrowed money from father in law to start investing with no money out of your pocket but somebody else's, stick to that investing that would have kept the story almost real.

NOw you have a strong brook company based in utah, got entangled in securities fraud, got out of it, and your company is now doing the same things with more care on how not to get entangled in the same holes prosper learning did. When you got your first money from not flipping a property, who did you swindle? and now you keep on swindling people by giving them a 10 year program that entices them to not see your real gain and theirs, selling seminars, books that say nothing, having a dream team that do the leg work for you but that have never invested on their own. what a joke! (((REDACTED)))

america was made by hard workers, innovators, creators of something of value, not hollow promises and books, when you take someone under your arm as you so said as a sales man, it takes hard work and care for that individual, no one is a prophet, but you my friend are "macdonalds" to be. why don't you change and be honest to yourself and make sure that the bread that you bring to your children is of clean of dirt. What is the success rate and wealth everyone attains in ten year, not with the people that follow your footsteps which could be a great rebuttal? well, say hi to your lovely wife and sleep well praying to your god that you have bread at your table by means of swindling everyone else's lifesavings and that honestly believes in you and not hard work and the real GOD.

PS cute nose

The previous poster threw out a lot of accusations, some completely irrelevant to Strongbrook, and provided zero proof or evidence to back up his claims. He also intentionally misled readers about the SEC investigation that was conducted. This sounds more like a disgruntled ex employee or friend, whose intent is only to bash Kris Krohn, than provide an actual report on the company.

benzinga.com/pressreleases/13/03/p3437988/kris-krohn-sec-and-strongbrook-a-summary-of-the-facts

People can either take the 'word' of someone who has listed zero credentials or personal experience with the company, or people can choose to listen to a successful Investor who actually partners with Strongbrook and uses their services, and personally knows many other investors who also partner with Strongbrook. Investors such as myself most definitely do their due diligence when partnering with any company for investment purposes, and investors such as myself choose to partner with Strongbrook, every day, after completing their due diligence and research.

Strongbrook is a company that evolved over time, through much trial and error. Through those errors, Kris Krohn has been able to minimize many risks and help us avoid making the same mistakes and create a system that is profitable for his clients. I don't know a single Real Estate Investor who has never made a single error. I could be off on the numbers a bit, but I believe Kris has a personal portfolio of between 400-500 properties. To claim that he and his team have never invested in Real Estate, themselves, is a preposterous claim. In fact, the SEC complaint was centered on private investments, not their clients' investments.

If you want the services of an open, honest and transparent company, I highly recommend Strongbrook REIC, as a client of their's, and stand by them 100%.
