I switched to straighttalk a few months ago and was purchasing the $45 a month plan.. well this month I was in a crushial financial bind and could only afford a $30 plan. Well it turns out that that plan isn't compatible with my phone.. it also somehow deactivated my entire phone so I had to fix that.. then I called customer service and I talked to two different people they kept telling me they were sorry but they couldn't help me.. they told me repeatedly to take the card back and exchange it for the right one.. like I kept telling them after your scratch the the numbers it is non refundable.. then they said the only other option was to find someone with that service and sell it.. I asked to speak to someone higher up well she kept trying to connect me to the manager and they kept refusing to talk to me . After an hr and half I finally gripe enough that they ended up answering but they told me the same thing the others did.. so I said to the manager "your telling me that you can't help me that I had to swallow that money.." he said yes ma'am I'm sorry we are overloaded everyday with the same calls and we can't help them either. I said so your telling me that you get alot of these calls and you treat all your customers like this and you people are just sitting back taking everybody's money.. you are the manager you can fix these mistakes and help the customers because it's not our fault that your service is this ridiculous. He said if I have a problem with it then I should get a different phone carrier and I told him I was gonna go back to att they may b a little higher but at least they take care of they're customers.
