storybook heirlooms of California RIP-OFF lies,lies, and more lies
My mother and I have ordered quite alot of clothes from this place and aways have problems, bit I thought it was because mother always shopped for so many item,(I am talking about a couple of thousands of dollars worth ), so I thought when I ordered just a couple of items, there would be no problems. first, as with my mom's orders, they always say it is available to get you to order it, then they charge your credit card, and don't send it for weeks, even months. they lies to get your money, they lies when you call to see where the items are, and they lies when they say, they will,"fix it".
I have called, wrote,e-mailed,everything, that is why I have came to you.they charge high prices, then when and if it ever gets to you, you can't get it sent back!! it takes an act of congress to get it, and then an act to get a problem solved! then they lie about solving the problem, they just charge your credit card again!!and this time without your approval!! and mom amd i have express our rights ,to not keep our credit card and experation date on ,"file"!!but they do that too!!!! How can a small person stop these people? Can you help us? T
here are several issues here. please let me know. also, do I have the right to tell a company to tear up my credit card number? They told me that once I gave it to them, it was theirs to do with as they saw fit!! Is that true?
