I purchased the Storesonline product 8/4/03 and was told that if I purchased 6 sites, instead of only having 3 months to get three going, I would have a year. That was the only reason I agreeded to go for 6 sites!
Well, I just received notice that my first payment would be 1/15/04. I have tryed to start but it just isn't as user friendly as they represented it to be. I don't like the way my site is looking and I feel very frustrated about it and no longer have interest in it. And I feel they lied about how much cheaper they offer their monthly website fees compared to any others out there, and I have found cheaper.
Two months after I purchased Storesonline, I received a letter from "quick start program" and that I was to call them within 7 days if I felt I needed expert help. Well I did! So I called and they wanted almost to the penny as much to have them help me get my websites going as I payed for the darn Storesonline! So they were willing to rip me off twice for the same product!! It took me 3 months to find one product to do a website on and I ended up going with another web site company that was actually cheaper to maintain and easier to put together than Storesonline! I am not happy with this product and wish to get out of the contract!
