WARNING, WARNING, WARNING - Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with or considering paying money to Galaxy Mall, also known as StoresOnline........Quite clearly they rip people off.........

Recently two of my friends and honest business women, in New Zealand attended a seminar and workshop where all the promises in the world were made and heard by many eager ears as to how anything can be sold on the Internet and should you make a small investment with us we will........etc, etc, etc........

Soon after it became apparent that:

a) The StoresOnline web/store building product(s) is defective

b) The supposedly fabulous after sales support is pitiful

c) Contact with Management at StoresOnline is extremely difficult.

More astonishing facts providing a clear distinction between what one can say on an Internet site without being sued and what is commonly known as slander........StoresOnline have a history of not telling the whole truth, an example of which is the seminar that the girls attended where a story was told of a very successful young woman who has had brilliant success as a result of her StoresOnline investment - what's wrong with this one asks? Well the young woman is the daughter of the head man at StoresOnline a Mr Jay Poelman.

One other salient point is the follow up they make a few weeks later when their "consultants" suggest that should one spend a further $10,000-$15,000 then they can guarantee better/faster results.

My friends have a story which is not too dissimilar to many others who have been deceived by StoresOnline. How many times have StoresOnline not told the whole truth? hard to say, but from extensive research on the Internet we have uncovered just a few complaints made in various forums and we were even more surprised to uncover that reputable TV stations like the Pittsburgh Channel had investigated them. Plus numerous complaints have been laid with consumer reporting authorities in America and more recently with the Commerce Commission here in New Zealand.

You have been warned about StoresOnline........Our suggestion to you is that you do not buy their products or services as you probably wont get the result you were seeking.

On that note it can be said that guaranteeing results from a web-site is never easy. StoresOnline can't be blamed for every failure their customers experience. HOWEVER:

StoresOnline don't tell the whole truth / StoresOnline use seminar enlisting techniques that are dishonest / StoresOnline's product is defective (we know, we tried it!) / StoresOnline's after sales support is almost non-existent / StoresOnline's Management make it virtually impossible for you to air your issues / StoresOnline has a history of unethical behaviour (see above links) / StoresOnline continually have complaints made against them.

OTHER TACTICS: The issues my friends have had for the last few months and still today, are the continual efforts to get the Management of StoresOnline to respond in an appropriate manner to concerns. StoresOnline have other tactics they use to avoid owning up to their obligations by rejecting deliveries to their offices with enclosing letters of concern and when questioned by e-mail, state they need to issue a "Return Authority Number" and getting one of these numbers is solely at their discretion.

Once the girls identified that the product was defective and the StoresOnline support was not able to resolve the issues, they contacted their respective banks requesting Credit Card charge backs. Shortly after, one of the girls banks starting the charge back process. Almost immediate a reply from StoresOnline came suggesting that if the girls would tell the banks to go away, they will then give consideration to how it can help them.

The banks couldn't enforce the charge backs because StoresOnline has a very clever and tight no refunds policy. The potential purchaser after being hyped up at the seminars and workshops is lead to believe there will be no problem with any aspect of the company's product and they are not told that they will at a later date really need to spend an additional $10,000-$15,000 to really make it work.

The fact that my friends have now lost five months of valuable business marketing advantage time and have no confidence in StoresOnline is a terrible set back.

You have been warned............NB we are so concerned about this we even registered a domain name similar to theirs www.stores-on-line.co.nz and have been collecting stories from the globe.
