I went to a workshop for Stores Online and purchased 6 web sites and the only thing they have done for me is to give my name and number to another company to Friendly Venture and now that company is no longer on the web site but the so called pharmacy company they put me with will not return my calls and I can not get emails to the support center.

I have not heard from Stores Online except for the email I sent to them asking if I could return the books that was sent home with me. I explained my husband and I both had gotten real ill and the doctor bills and medical expenses were getting out of hand. The said since the 72 hrs had past they could not do anything but possibly deffer the payments for 3 months. I called the billing company Stores Online sent the account to said they could not do anything unless Stores Online told them to. I called Stores Online again and they said they could not do anything because it was in the hands of Home Services which is the billing company.

To this day I have not been able to get anything done with Stores Online and they have not contacted me. They get your money and that is all they want or they want to help you get deeper in debt buying more sites or hosting company.
