My experience with Randi is he takes your money, promises to train you and support you. He definitely takes your money. He tells you some industry wide concepts and calls it proprietary. And then when you ask for more info he just talks and talks and talks. His shtick is that you don't need to make it more difficult than it needs be (he quotes Einstein yeah right) but trading is something that requires diligent study and preparation and telling people just to keep your losses to $100 and just keep getting back in is sophmoronic at best.

And yeah he comes back at you with his snivelling remarks about how you're just one of those people that blames someone else for your failures. I hope this mentor wannabe comes back at me and threatens to sue; I have kept all of our emails showing how he reneged on his contract with me. And if he does respond to this y'all can see what a miserable little man he is.

Let me start by saying, I’ve been in business for over 40 years and I have always delivered the highest level of customer service and satisfaction that I know possible to my clients (students). And in over 6 years of teaching traders how to win, this person is the 1st to EVER complain. I’ve been told that in the trading/teaching industry, this is unheard of.

As proof that Matt Alexander is telling whoppers, I going to post my personal email right here, right now, and I WELCOME anyone who wants the truth to email me so I can reply with video testimonials from my customers. I train people how to quit their jobs and make more money than they ever thought possible. And you will see and hear from them.

Not some cry baby like Matt. And together we’ll expose Matt as the low life that he is. In those testimonials, you will see things like an engineer who trained with me, and replaced his $120k/yr salary in 6 months, and thinks we walk on water. Why wouldn’t he? He got much more value than he bargained for, and in his own words, "I changed his life in such a powerful positive way, he can hardly believe it. [email protected] (Personal email).

Anyone who would like to contact me for Matt's actual trade results and brokerage statements that will prove everything I have stated in this report is the truth, and will also prove everything Matt has said is false, please contact me directly.  Matt Alexander is what’s known in the internet lingo as an "internet thug” – I came to find this out when Matt threatened me after his trading did not meet his expectations. Did he even follow our training? NO.

Did he follow the Risk Profile? No! (See attached... he lost $1400 on one trade even though our training dictates only a $100 loss is acceptable when you follow the Risk Profile.) Please get in touch if you want to see Matt's actual statement verifying this. Did Matt quit after 4 weeks? YES. And that’s when he demanded that we refund his money AND the money he lost trading, and if we did not meet his demands, he stated on the phone (all my traders have my personal cell phone), that he would post false & untrue negative remarks all over the internet.

I believe that’s called extortion, Matt. My answer? Do what you have to do, Matt. I will not be bullied or threatened by a lowlife with zero integrity, who cannot take responsibility for his own actions. At 65 years old I’ve run across a few of his kind in my 40 years of business and all I can say is I genuinely feel sorry for a person like that. But that does not excuse his patently false accusations that he has made against me or my company. BTW - along with his other undesirable traits, he’s a quitter.

This is surprising for a guy who claims he is part owner of a business, Neighborhood Goods, a clothing retailer based out of Dallas, Texas co-host of Bonanza! on Relay F.M., and says he sits on the board of SMU Executive Board. I wonder what the board would think of his actions? A little bit about me: I’m a native Texan, known by thousands of Houstonians as a businessman with an impeccable reputation and the first guy you want to call if you want to build your million dollar plus dream home. And they did just that for over 30 years. It would not be possible to have gotten this far in life without a clean and honorable reputation.

I have operated with the utmost integrity on every business deal, transaction, and client I have ever worked with. In my 1st career of 30 years, I built over $40 Million worth of custom homes for some of the wealthiest folks in the country, without a single complaint. And bought & owned over $20 Mil in investment property. In my 2nd business, trading as a professional & teaching along the way, I have also never had a complaint until now. And that’s after 6 years of teaching people how to trade in an industry that has a 90% failure rate.

Think on that for a bit.    And with more than 200 traders that have completed my training over the last 6 years... you and I both know we would see a LONG list of complaints if my methodology did not work and what I taught was a scam. There is no way around it, period. I also have over 200 new friends (students) who love what I’ve taught them and express that to me constantly. I could fill this site with 1,000’s of written testimonials I’ve accumulated over the past 6 years. 

This is a case of someone simply not following specific directions and more importantly, not taking responsibility for their own actions. I’m going to post the real side of the story in this response, along with his actual emails to prove his story is a lie. Notice how he chose not to include our email chain which would have shed light on the truth. But trust me, I will post the facts, the truth. And Matt, who continues to threaten he will "expose me” (I’ll post these plus the latest one), thinks that because he is a blogger (strange that he didn’t even use his real name for the 1st 5 years), that he can get away with extortion.

Matt will come to understand 1st that it’s illegal to extort someone, and 2nd, no amount of extortion or threats will make me give you a refund. I’ll stand on the truth until the day I die. To be frank, Matt did the exact opposite of everything I teach, and not only did I spend several hours on the phone with him (*free of charge), so did my son. However, I am only willing to take so much disrespect and rudeness from someone before removing myself from the situation.

Matt consistently called me without an appointment, without notice, and did not even have the courtesy to ask if I was busy when I answered. He had my personal cell # as all my students do. I’m one of the few option teaching services in the industry that does this. And I have also taught 100's of students at my beautiful home here in Santa Barbara, CA. No one else in this industry invites you to their home. From Doctors to investment bankers, to navy seals, to truck drivers, I have opened my home to those who wanted to learn this amazing skill that I have developed over 40 years. But Matt Alexander thinks he is special, smarter than you, and demands you make him successful (of course, without him putting in any work).

So yes, I chose to suspended his phone calls, but I still offered to support him like I do all my students. And I would bet a dollar to a doughnut that Matt has a long history of this kind of thing. He needs to blame someone for his failures in life and he will continue to do this until he grows up and becomes a man. Once he realized there was no shortcut, that he had to be disciplined on the risk side and actually put in effort to follow my methodology to become a winning trader, he decided it would be easier to extort his $5300 in trading losses from me by threatening to "expose me” via his blog and the Internet if I did not pay him within 2 weeks.

 He also filed with PayPal twice to try and get his money back. Yes, he lied to them as well. Proof? His claim was denied twice by PayPal (again, I’ll post all this). And anyone who is familiar with trading knows that having the discipline to follow a Risk Guide is critical. Did Matt follow ours? Of course not. Just one of his losing trades was 14 times bigger than our Risk Guide allows (I’ll post this info). If you can do simple math and have any idea of what discipline looks like for responsible adults, then you can follow our Risk Guide.

Is Matt possibly an inveterate gambler? It sure looks that way. Since I believe in what I do and know the value I provide to the traders I work with, I told him it was time to part ways and ended our relationship. In Texas there is a saying that goes like this: If you’re in business long enough, no matter how good you are, you will eventually run into a turd in the punch bowl. Think Matt Alexander. So, I think you can probably figure out how worried I am about getting "exposed”... (remember, I would have paid him to make it all go away and you would not have ever read his "complaint”). But I have strong morals and values that I live by and I won’t be changing those. And do I have the right to take legal action against him?

You better believe I do. I would have no problem taking him to court to expose him. (Update: my attorney has notified him of pending legal action) And as the following FACTS show: Matt lost his bogus claim for a refund! PayPal decided in my favor. Yes, the truth is still the truth, and facts are still facts. Please get in touch if you would like the actual statement from Paypal showing Matt’s claim was DENIED.
