Sterns bank Charged me 20% late fee Albany Minnesota
I've been a late with my monthly payments. Late is over 10 days. I understand late fees. I don't understand 20% My normal monthly fee is $372.14 . If I find myself 11days late, my monthly payment jumps up to $466 This doesn't seem legal. If anyone is attempting to get a loan from this "Bank" don't. Also, I just found out that the interest associated with the loan is flat. There is no early payoff. You pay the full term of the loan interest. Theses guys are thieves!
