Stein Mart Cashier, said free 3 months magazine, People & Us magazines at the end of 3 months I would be notified 3 free month period has expired. No letter was ever sent to me. The charge was on my debit card. Cordova, Tennessee
Purchased clothes at Stein Mart, used my Debit card. Cashier showed me a brochure and said you can try your choice of magazines FREE for 3 months and will be notified when the 3 months had ended. Magazines were US and People. Never received any information concerning my subscription to the magazines. I was balacing my checkbook and noticed 2 charges reported on my debit card. Called every number I could find to question these charges Always received a recording. Finally talked to a real person. After a long conversation. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She said a credit would be issued to my debit card. I requested a conformation number which she gave me.
I plan a trip to Stein Mart to question why they are giving false information.
Will never shop there again!!!!!!!!!
