AFTER HAVING OUR ALTERNATOR REPLACED AT STARTMART ON 82ND AVE IN PORTLAND OREGON, EVERYTHING WAS OK. BUT AFTER 2 1/2 MONTHS WE STARTED TO HAVE TROUBLE KEEPING THE BATTERY CHARGED.

AFTER TRYING TO GET SOME RESPONSE FROM STARTMART, WE FINALLY GAVE UP AND WENT ELSEWHERE TO HAVE THE ALTERNATOR REPLACED, AGAIN!

THE STAFF AT STARTMART WERE UNWILLING TO EVEN OFFER US ANY RECOURSE FOR THIS SITUATION. WE HAD LOST OUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE NO RECORDS OF OUR BUSINESS THERE.

EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM A 90 DAY GUARANTEE ON ALL OF THEIR WORK, THEY WOULDN'T HONOR OUR ALTERNATOR WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RECEIIPT.

No Reciept No warrenty Its the same way anywhere you go. This is your own fault for losing your warrenty! Lifetime warrenty on the part if you would of kept your warrenty copy! Not are fault you lose stuff. Stop! Look for your complaint not valid!
