Starling Capital refuses to return my money. The initial deposit I made and the profit I earned are both in jeopardy due to these unscrupulous crooks.  Starling capital has many bad reviews about this topic. I did not take any "bonuses" from them and it is all my money they are holding. Bruce Nash continues to call me to try and get permission to place trades in the account but when I ask about the withdrawal of my money he either hangs up on me or lies about the money being returned in 24-48 hrs. It has been weeks and I get no response from them, not even from the compliance Dept.

I have come across your complaints, and am very sorry for all the inconvenience you have experienced with our services.

I have taken the time to speak with your Account Manager, and believe there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, as he believed that you wished to cancel your withdrawal and proceed with trading. However as it seems that was not the case, I have made sure that your full deposit has been returned to you, and will be investigating this case to ensure that such situations do not reoccur. I understand that this is a very serious complaint, and it will not be handled lightly.

I am very sorry that you did not have a satisfactory experience of working with Starling Capital, but I do hope that by returning your full investment that I can help rectify this.

Kindly note, it may take up to 3 business days before you see the funds back on the credit card used upon deposit.

Since asking Bruce Nash from Starling Capital to withdraw and send me my money back and entering 4 requests to withdraw on the account website, they have cancelled all my requests and started trading without permission losing almost all of my funds to date. He said he would send my money back if I requested it but then hung up on me when I did request it. He also called and asked me to place trades in the account and I said absolutley not that I just wanted to withdraw my money and he hung up on me and traded the account anyway. He lost almost the entire account value now.
