I will keep this simple for now...but will follow up with a detailed report.... I would suggest that anyone who is in the market for glasses that you expect to be able read or see with... go elsewhere....after a period of 6 months.. 8 visits......over 12 hours at their store.....hours on the phone and on hold with corporate.....5 remakes of glasses...I still did not have 1 pair of glasses that I was able to read with.
I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years.....always got them from lenscrafters....thought I would try somewhere new....BIGMISTAKE!!!!!!
Don't do it......finally got my money back...but wasn't easy.
These people should be ashamed of themselves.
