Stanley Steamer Carrpet Cleaning ripoff false advertizing hidden prices Bozeman Montana
we called stanley steamer to clean carpets we have 3 bedrooms and a hall plus a small living room 625 sq feet they said they have a 5 room price special for 125.
we got bids from 2 others co. stanley was the best price
we schudled them when they showed up they drove across the lawn, put out the shoke butt on the side walk and left the butts, when they came in they said that they would have to charge us for 8 rooms the master bed room they said they could not move the bed or dressers, the totle sq feet was less then 500 and they charged over us $200.
for 500Sq feet the other cleaners would of been 120.
when we questioned them they said too bad,
they didnt even move much.
we found smoke butts in the master bathroom
we dont smoke, also my wife over heard the tech. talking in the babys room over the baby monitor, about her body.

This is another false report sent in by a competitor. Our guys dont smoke and we dont raise our prices when we arrive at the job. when we quote a price thats the price. We call all our customers back after 2 days and if there not happy for any reason we come back out to reclean if there still unhappy we refund there money. please be more responsible and check out frivilous complaints.
