Justin have you ever read the waranty on stainsafe has anyone ever sat down and read the warranty???...There are so many people that can't read...They go by what the salesperson says and then they are handed a waranty card that no one reads...More dumb americans, these are the ones that need to move to canada. Gee Justin you tried to help a customer that has had there furniture less than one year ok cool...The warranty states the customer needs to call in there problem less then 5 days. Justin have you ever drove your truck into a tree and called your insurance company six months later? Duh they would deny you coverage also. You say there furniture is heavily used..That means the customer beat the s**t out of it. You are supposed to call in each time there is damage. its in the warranty read it. There has never been a claim that stainsafe does not take care of..Its dumbass customers that can't read. Its also dumbass customers that fall for the sales persons lie..Customers can't read. And justin you are an employee thats works with the warranty and you don't know how to read also. Your as just as dumb as the person that sells it..

I am an employee of a nationwide furniture retailer, first letter L last letter Z. I hear customer complaints regarding Stainsafe on a daily basis. I have just today, Nov. 11,2004 tried to help a customer who was refused service by stainsafe who had holes in his sofa that was less than one year old. Stainsafe, called out a technician to his home to look at this sofa, the tech. stated that the merchandise was heavily used. What the crap does that mean?! He uses it, so what, that's why the customer bought it. The furniture retailer then refused to help him in his battle against Stainsafe and he is going it alone. As an employee I highly suggest not purchasing any plan for furniture reembursement from Stainsafe. My employer has since changed Warranty producers, we'll see how it goes.

This is because you had so much damage to your furniture. You had been better off telling them you had one spot on your end table a tech would have come out and touched up everything and everyhing else you had....its a accidential warranty not a service warranty to fix everyhting after you had a party...You should talk to your salesman about this this is more a sales issue than a stainsafe issue.
