I purchased a couch 12/4/01 and got the warranty. I discovered 9/9/02 that the leather under the arm was splitting from the seam!!! I immediately filed a claim. I submitted ALL my information and then they kept sending me letters over 7 months telling me they needed a original copy of the invoice (which they were suppose to get directly from the furniture company) but I sent them my copy from the very beginning. No one ever called back you would stay on the line for 45 minutes at a time waiting to talk to a representative and sometimes the phone would hang up on you! It took them 8 months to send someone out to look at it in which the assesor said that yes its defective and they need to replace it. No response after that then in July 3,2003 they sent me a letter saying they weren't covering it because under their warranty I didn't report it in a timely manner. I was SO IRRATE that I went off on the customer service representative, the supervisor and I ask fo the VP of operations but failed to be connected to Mr. Costick. THe owner Robert Sayre needs to be sued!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This made me so irrate that I felt like I was going to give myself a heart attack.....so I HAD TO LEAVE THIS ALONE until now because the company is a fraud!
