sprint pcs ripoff consumer rip-off fraud very deceptive company ripoff scam artists Dallas Texas
My husband and I both purchased sprint phones from radio shack in Florence,Alabama in february of 2002.sprint has been nothing but trouble since we got them.
First of all when we purchased them the sales rep mislead us totally,he told us as long as one of us was in a sprint area we could talk mobile to mobile without any additional cost!
That was very inaccurate and untrue,where we live is not a sprint pcs area, he drives a truck and when he was in an area and called me I constantly roamed.
Therefore within two weeks mine was cut off,over usage.
That's ok because they let me automatically end my contract,but no refund on phone from sprint or radio shack.
My husband still has his and keeps his on sprint pcs only where it does not roam any,but they are constantly tacking other charges on his account and cut his phone off about twice a month.
He has the 5000 minute plan, 500 any time and 4500 nights and wkends for $49.99 month, but his bill always ends up $65-$70.
I think the government needs to step in and thouroughly investigate them just like they have enron and others.
Oh yeah,we were both suppose to get a $75 rebate per phone within i think twelve weeks of purchase, neither one of us has got a penny thus far!!!
