Spiritair SpiritAir fails to live up to its word! Miramar Florida
In Spring 2007 Spirit Air sent me an email advising that if I signed up for its credit card, I would get a voucher for free round-trip air. I need only charge $100 between then and August. On August 15, the company would send an email with the voucher attached. Both my husband and I signed up.
By the beginning of September, I had not received the voucher. I emailed customer service twice requesting assistance. On September 3 and September 6, I received the following form email:
Dear Janet,
Thank you for taking the time to contact Spirit Airlines. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. This is a computer generated response confirming your online correspondence with us. We will get back to you as soon as possible and appreciate
No one has attempted to answer my query. The due date to use the voucher is in November. If we don't received the voucher soon, we won't be able to book a flight.
