Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

If you are thinking about buying a treadmill from this company let me share my experiences so you don't have the same problems. I bought an expensive treadmill thru a fitness store. Within months I started having problems where the treadmill would shut off on it's own. I would fall or be thrown off when this happened.

I suffered cuts, bruises and major frustration. The store sent one of their technicians to change out electrical parts. This repair work took place on 2 seperate occassions. Within months the problems were back. After a phone call to the company where nothing was done, I filed a complaint with the Arkansas Better Business Bureau.

A man named Daniel Miller, Quality Control for this company, sent me an email to contact him. I did. He said the company wasn't happy with my complaint nor my posting on their website. Throughout the conversation he kept repeating that he wanted to settle this without attorneys getting involved.

He kept telling me that he was going to do the right thing by me. By the end of the conversation he had told me several times that he was going to "drop-ship me a new treadmill, one made in 2017 or 2018." He also said he would call me back within an hour to verify shipping carrier and date of delivery. He did NOT call me back. The next day I left a voice message for him.

Two days later he called me back. I asked him if we were on speaker phone due to the echo. He said, "No, it's just us." As soon as he finished that line, another man spoke up saying he was Harris Liu, Customer Service. That was Daniel Miller's first lie to me. At the end of this conversation both Daniel Miller and Harris Liu had assurred me that they would be drop-shipping me a new treadmill.

Two days later Harris Liu sent me an email that he wanted me to agree to. The attorney that I am discussing a class action law suit against Spirit Fitness said that if I agreed to Harris Liu's statement that I would be giving up my right to sue for injuries, pain & suffering, mental frustration, etc. I sent Harris Liu an email stating this.

So, Harris Liu and Daniel Miller reneged on their promise and sent me an email that some guy would make contact with me to try to fix my treadmill instead of sending me a new one. So, if you're counting thats 2 lies from Daniel Miller and 1 lie from Harris Liu. If you are wondering if this is an isolated incident, it isn't. The attorney checked and found that other people have complained about this company.

Funny thing; even though it has been months since the "fix it guy" was here, NO ONE from this company has contacted me to see if it is working properly or not. FYI: no - it isn't. There are still some issues. This should show you how little this company cares about "customer satisfaction." Bottom line is this: there are a lot of companies out there selling exercise equipment.

Considering my experiences and the way both customer services and quality control were so quick to lie to me and how this company has NEVER contacted me to see if the problem was resolved; you have to ask yourself - why would you want to give your hard-earned money to a company that treats it's customers like this. If you do decide to give your money to this company, let me know. I'm sure I can find a bridge somewhere for sale.
