Spencers TV & Appliances - Unethical Thieves
I went to Spencers TV & Appliances to look at a VCR they had advertised in the paper. They didn't have it hooked up to a TV, so I couldn't check out some features I was wondering about. The salesman said I could "always return it if I didn't like it", and since this sounded reasonable to me, I bought it.
I took it home, wasn't satisfied, and went back THE VERY SAME DAY to get a refund so I could buy one another store was selling instead. They refused to give me a refund, insisting that they don't give cash refunds, only store credit. The SOB salesman knowingly deceived me. As you can imagine, I was furious, and will never shop there again.
Do not patronize Spencers TV & Appliances... they are unethical scum!
