 NO CBS channel provided on Spectrum TV Choice, per advertising. Dropped Premium Spectrum Cable TV after they jacked the prices, while offering new customers same service for 50% less. Received multiple mail offers for "new" Spectrum TV Choice, a streaming service. The ads claim customer can choice 10 channels out of 65, plus your local channels are included: NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox and many more. Turns out CBS not available, period. After at least two hours on the phone with Tech Services and Management, and two trips to local offices, No CBS available on this service, unless you get a cable box and pay $7.00/month more. Local Spectrum store says CBS is available still. Management claims, this is first reported case of CBS missing form line-up. False advertising, multiple stories and no offer to compensate, by reducing package fee, or free cable box. They prefer to lose the customer than offer any reasonable fix. Rip-off.

After nearly a week of calls... and a complaint to the BBB, Spectrum did fix the issue.
