Spectrum is a "new" Cable and Internet provide in my area, and former TimeWarner Cable. My cable bill has increased over $45.00 per month for the same service that I prior had through Time WarnerCable. They advertise fast internet, superior service and a new way to experience cable. The internet is slower, more outages and totally indifferent customer service.

I was told through their customer service department that if I "migrate" my bill will increase another $50.00 per month and net year another $50.00! They do  not care because they are the only game in town in the area I live in.  The promote a false promotion ad for new customers of $29.99 for one year.  I asked why they don't incentivize loyal (former TimeWarner Cable customers) by offering the same promotional price? No answer. They don't care. Their advertising on television is stupid, condescending and fake. More money for less service and nobody cares.
