I ordered products from this business online, only received part of my order. I placed an online order (spaandpooldepot.com) on 9/17/14 for 6 filter bags (item FD-51500).  I received only 3 out of the 6 filter bags on Monday 9/22/14.
I tried to call and left a message on the company voicemail with no response. They do not answer calls. I emailed 9/24/14 with no response so sent a 2nd email 9/24/14. I received a response from Stevie B. (Customer support advisor) stating the order was packaged correctly according to their inventory and video. He was unwilling to help me and stated the order was correct and would forward my emails to his supervisor for review.
I sent another follow up email 9/25/14 with no response. I tried to call (515) 650-8703 9/26/14 but received a message stating they were not accepting calls from my area, so they had blocked my number. This business' website stated it is BBB accredited. However, the BBB site says it is not Accredited.  I filed a complaint with BBB but they still stated "the package weight and inventory were correct" and refused to resolve the issue.  BBB dismissed the complaint without resolution and the company removed off their website advertisement that they were BBB accredited.  Obviously, if they were claiming this to consumers, they have no dignity in providing false information to get business.
They are providing false information to customers and apparently scamming customers by not filling orders correctly but already charged my card for the items. I paid with my credit card for a total of $233.49. The missing filters were $25.50 each. I ordered 6 but only received 3, so I have lost a total of $76.50 worth of products.
Shame on this company for doing business the way they do!  I am now at a loss of money and my filters I needed.  I will NEVER give them my business again and I hope others never experience what I did!  $76.50 is a lot of hard earned money to lose.
