CompUSA & soyo motherboard rip me off for 6 motherboards Murrary Utah
I purchased 6 soyo motherboard at COMP USA. The first 4 were bad boards, the 5th board had a bad BIOS. The 6th board work fine..for the first month and a half. I had taken each mother board down to be check out, I had to pay $35.00 for each board for them to tell me that the motherboard was no good.
When I took the last motherboard back to COMP USA, they told me to go through the company to get it replaced. I have email, and called SOYO, I have left messages and they never return my call. Then I left a threatning phone call that I was getting a lawyer, an hour later they call and told me how to get my information to get my motherboard replaced.
I email my information to SOYO, they email me back and wanted the serial# again. I sent the serial# three different times.They were suppose to send me my RMA # to send back my motherboard within 3 working days.It now has been 5 months, they will not return my calls or email.
I've since then found out that the motherboards have been discontinued. I paid $159. for the motherboard plus $35.00 for each board to be check why it did'nt work. Soyo suppose to cover the motherboard under warrenty for one year. Once I gave them the serial # they will not answer me. Who can I call? Can I sue them. Does anyone have any answers for me. I need some advise!
