I ordered two rings in the ending of September. I got two of the wrong sizes so I sent it back exactly how it said too. I sent them by October 6th and they arrived to the exchange place October 7th. It is now December 7th and I havnt received either of the rings I payed for. I have emailed them several times, messeged them on Facebook several times, and even called the number they had post which of course didn’t work. I am very disappointed and feel like I got ripped off. It shouldn’t take over two months to exchange to rings when I received the original rings less than 2 days. I want my money back!! This is not what a professional company would do.
