Complaint Review: Solar Lead Empire - The Woodlands, Texas

Jared McKenzie still owes me $9,000. He took a payment from our company months ago with promises of guaranteed solar leads and delivered maybe 3 to 4 leads and disappeared. Physic Media and Solar Lead Empire are the most fraudulent companies under the sun. As a solar business owner that has spoken with many people in the industry, Jared is a COMPLETE fraud.. so don't let his words fool you. I'm here as a victim to implore you not to do business with him. If you are so noble and true, then where is my money Jared? Solar business owners are tired of you screwing them over.

I'm sure most of the people that have seen this review are wondering what is it all about. I will explain everything to clear up any issues caused here. I have documentation of emails for everything mentioned below.

Jam Solar, based out of Canada, and only Canada, hired -Physic Media-, not Solar Lead Empire, in January to receive virtual pre-set appointments in New York and Connecticut.

We provided the appointments and half-way through the order, they did not want the preset appointments because they did not have any physical reps in the USA so they were not successful with it. Typically, we do not change the type of fulfillment a company has hired us for, but because we are business-relationship oriented and good people, we agreed and started sending them qualified real-time leads straight to their email.

We fulfilled that order and replaced all unqualified leads as agreed upon. They were successful and placed another order for Long Island New York. We generated the leads and during the order they wanted to change to another area in New York. We agreed and continued to fulfill the order.

After everything was done, they stated that they did not want any of the leads and would like a refund. We do not offer refunds after services are fulfilled, so we did not accept their request.

They continued to call and email us asking for the refund and then, the day this review was made, along with 3 other reviews all submitted on the same day to Physic Media, they sent us an email extorting us for the money they felt they deserved. They asked for the money back and then they would remove all of the reviews. We absolutely did not block any of their email addresses, business lines, personal lines.

This is completely illegal, but because they are in Canada, there is not much we can do.

I spoke with Anesh on 6/11 to clear everything up and we came to an agreement. In order to solve the problem and clear up the case, we are issuing them $3,000 because we do not do bad business and are people of moral and integrity. The refund for -fulfilled services- was issued on June 12th, 2018 and once they receive it they will remove this review and all others.

To all companies that see this when researching Solar Lead Empire, Jared McKenzie, or Physic Media, please be aware that we currently have over 40 companies with contracts with Solar Lead Empire, most of which are multi-million dollar companies, and all of the ones that have been with us for months are happy with what we have provided and have no complaints.

We are always open to setting up reference calls with current clients for new prospects to speak with about working with us. I apologize for all of this mishap and truly hope that it does not affect the first impression of any companies that are looking to work with us.
