I placed an order on the website sneakersnewvans.top for 2 pairs of dansko sandals. They offered sharing their site on facebook for a $5 discount. After I placed the order I got a confirmation email. Then waited, and checked on their tracking order page of their website. It showed my package had been delivered to my local post office for delivery. So I waited, waited, waited. 2 weeks later I contacted them & got a weird "form" email: On Sat, 8/25/18, [email protected] wrote: bonjour nous sommes tres heureux de recevoir votre mail. et nous avons envoye votre commande il y a beaucoup de colis ces jours，le coursier est tres occupe， donc votre colis n est pas arrive a temps，desole Nous verifions votre commande,Il est maintenant dans la route Nous garantissons que vous pouvez recevoir votre commande veuillez vous l'attendre avec patience MERCI
