I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes from smokers-mall.com. My bank was charged within 30 seconds and the funds removed from my account. It said it would take between 5 and 8 weeks to receive my order because it had to go through customs. After 10 weeks I checked the "Tracking" number they supplied and it stated it was held up at customs. Then they claimed to have re-shipped the order and gave me a new tracking number. a month later, the same thing. Held up in the same location. I sent them email after email and every time they would tell me the same thing. For me not to worry and my order will arrive any day. This went on for months.

After it had been more than 10 months since I placed my order, I asked for a refund and was told again that my order would arrive any day. I sent them copies of the 22 times they had told me that same thing over the course of 10 months. He said he would issue the refund but after 2 weeKs, no refund. I asked him why and he sent me another tracking number (the 7th one) and said for me not to worry that my order would arrive any day. It was rediculous.

I demanded a refund and I was told that refunds take 8 to 10 weeks to process. So, it takes less than 30 seconds for them to TAKE my money...but 8 to 10 weeks for them to RETURN my money? I don't think so! I never received either. No order. No refund. Just a year of the same stupid saying "Don't Worry, you should be receiving it any day now". What a joke. BIG BIG SCAMMING THIEVES!!!!!
