I wish I would have found this site BEFORE I became involved with this company. I am VERY dissatisfied. SMC deducted my first payment (39.95) on Oct. 16, I never received my kit until Oct. 31. I told the rep. I didn't want the upgrade of membership til I had a chance to look at the kit, but here it is, Nov. 16 and they STOLE $275 out of my account for the upgrade. I emailed the company that I wanted to cancell and get my refund using their customer support address (which it takes them 3-4 business days to respond, per the auto response) and here it is Nov. 19 and still no response. I also emailed them On Nov. 18...and received yet another auto response. Try to call....you get put on hold for SOOO long.

I have been harrassed so much about spending MORE money to advertise, pay to have people come to my site...do this, do that....all at a high cost which I declined.

The $275 they took out of my account (without proper authorization) has caused me financial hardship. I joined this company to try to get ahead...now I am SO far behind I am totally stressed and worried where my next meal may come from.

I am mailing back the kit today after finally getting to speak to a REAL person. I hope that the money is refunded within the 2 weeks I was quoted by the Rep. but I am not holding my breath!
