This place is nothing but a RIPOFF!!! I returned their product on March 8th after having it for 2 months because the phone was overheating and it was too expensive. I was suppose to receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days but nothing and when I call they keep telling me 1 too 2 more business days. They got their crappy phone but they are not refunding my money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!!

That's crazy because I literally going through the same thing have submitted the same time March 9th and her it is going on 2 months and still nothing, ive called a dozen times, dozen emails, no response back and everytime i call they say the same thing submit a ticket or someone will respond and they can't give out their direct number... you're right its a ripoff because they are quick to take my money but now will not give it back after the fact i've given them their equipment back
