Smart Warehousing Inc This company made so many shipping mistakes that i LOST business. They failed to follow instructions. They lost inventory. Egergton ks
I used two of their locations for shipping for my company. In one year they lost over $8000 in inventory. Shipped orders for Amazon to wrong locations causing me not to get paid. They billed me for shipping charges that should have been billed to my customers. Because of their mistakes I was not able to recover thousands of dollars worth of revenue.
I cancelled the contracted in December 2017. They have billed me over $7000 in charges since i cancelled the contract. I did over $40,000 worth of business with this company. They make so many mistakes and did not care and would not try and fix the problems.
Now they are threatening me with legal action. They should have been so diligent in trying to correct their mistakes.
