What this complaint says is that you obviously did not read the warranty. At least we would assume this because if you did read the warranty before you bought this training you would have agreed to take the official exam to get your money back. Their warranty CLEARLY states that you have to take the exam to get your money back. You did not take it...why? I would venture to say that if you took the exam and not some sample pre-exam from someplace else you would have got your refund. How do you know that the other company did not give you a bad exam??? The real question here is did they deny you a refund based on their printed refund policy or are you just asking for a refund outside of what the terms very simply clarified? You say that many others were screwed too. What about the countless certified people out there who are happy? Hmmm, maybe the other folks out there are simply asking for the same thing, a refund without having to comply with the refund policies? I own my own company and deal with my customers asking for refunds autside of my return policy. Sorry, can't do it though because it would not be right to everybody else who I said no to for the same reason. Gotta be fair to everyone so the best way to do that is to make it clear, put it in writing before they buy from me and make sure we are on the same page. Good luck! PS - Never give up the certification goal, it's worth it.

I tried to get info on this company but they won't release it to me, they told me to look elsewhere. Makes you wonder what they are trying to hide!?
EDitor's Note:
This courageous person reports a trend often reported on the Rip-off Report about the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully other people will come forward and the BBB will be revealed for the unethical practices incorporated by this racket.
