I'm so mad to know that Smart Hurtify is not concerned about their clients. It doesn't matter to them that their product is of no use to us.... They obviously do not value their reputation or the people who sign up for their %###!!2@??// programs. They rip off person after person. How do they sleep at night knowing that they are ruining people's lives. They should be named Smart Hurtify. I'm not in the position to pay $2,100.00 for something I have not used. We signed up so that he could have a career. That is how it was to be paid for. He has no career. He did not go through the program, they are out nothing. It's not like we went through the program and then said we wanted our money back. I don't understand how that ***&&))__???##@@ company can live with themselves for stealing innocent people's money. They set a trap and wait for unsuspecting victims to come along and fall into their pit of despair. Then they laugh and take your money , no heart , no conscience, no honor , just pure greed. Greed Greed Greed..... I'm so sick of this and I am filing a class Action. Because I am in California, only Californians can join the suit. Would you be interested in joining? If you are you can contact my lawyer at [email protected] . It will take some brave people to stand up to the bully. That is what they are, just bullies taking people's lunch money, so to speak. Good luck and don't let the bully "take your lunch money".

Just another scam. We discussed why I was displeased with the product. He did a little tap dance, explaining how much better the product was now. He agreed that there were problems back when I bought it, and how they were now affiliated with some other company now. Said he give me some wonderful deal, it would only cost me another $999. I reminded him that his offer was for a refund, he eluded to some more "tapping". When I convinced him that I was not going to part with any more money, his attitude became quite hurried, telling me it was his lunch time. Oh and that rebuttal on this thread: screw you! Buyers remorse? No! I used Transender CD's (grat product, but another $1000) to evaluate my level of readiness based on the Smart Certify product. There was no way in hell I could have passed a test. Even if Smart Certify has a better product now, asking me to put out another $999 just is not going to happen. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Good try chump, try offering me an updated replacement for evaluation, then talk money? Nope, because they know the product is crap! Tell me they really want me to be happy about the product? It's been 4+ years of not giving a s**t until now. Yeah, the price for their belated concern is $999! Fu*k you! Show me the money!
