Dan, If you check on whether or not this company is a certified learning partner with Microsoft, be sure that when checking, you look them up by their parent company name...SkillSoft (which is the developer of the training) and you will find the info you need. As a point of refference, this company trains serveral branches of the military and other offices of the government. According to press releases, the company currently trains 4.6 million users which includes corporations and in home end-users alike. If you look thoroughly enough on the net, positive information on SkillSoft/SmartCertify can be found. One thing to consider is that most consumers who are satisfied have no reason/motivation to crusade and post data as they received what they wanted. Also to be considered is this press release concerning their cusotmer base. Pretty much at liberty to spend their money anywhere they want, these companies chose SmartCertify/Skillsoft... "SkillSoft customers include organizations such as: First Union, Clarica (Canada), Fluor Corporation, Verizon, U.S. Army, Deloitte Consulting, Raytheon, IBM, Internal Revenue Service, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft, Army National Guard, Dell Computers, Qwest, Department of Transportation, NEC America, British Telecom and Wells Fargo." See if the company will work with you to exchange your product or extend your services. If you just purchased, you should still be protected by their certification warranty.
