For some clown from Smart Crookify....I mean CERTIFY(AND THE TRUTH IS-THEY DON'T CERTIFY YOU!!You have to go some where else and pay to take the test!!They don't give you the test you need to be certified!!..They tell you that "Ater taking our course, you wil get certified, or your money back")..They also tell you that it is a "CREDITED CLASS"(AS IN COLLEGE CREDITED)!!That's a flat out lie...You take their "Training", and I use that term loosly; and if it will even run properly on your computer-you have to find some place to take the REAL TEST...NOT THE PHONY "PRE-TESTS" they offer..And there are waiting periods for the test..That 90 day window they give you is not enough time to proprly study and wait in line for the test..And they know that, that what they pay their lawyers the big bucks for-to write an iron clad contract-so they can rip you off!! So what is the point of paying all that money to take a phoney "Certification-pre-testTraining Calss", when you can go to a REAL College and take the REAL training - and then they give you the REAL test??!?!??!?!@@#&*())_)(*&^%$#@!! I have sent my complaint to the NYS Attourney Gel=nerals office, and I beg the rest of you to COPY ALL THE COMPLAINTS FROM THIS SITE about Smart Certify, print them-and send them(along with your complaint)-to your Attourney General..He got me my money back ASAP!!!That's right, the same clown I talked to that basically laughed and me and told me "Tough Luck", had to apologize AND give me my money back..The "Check" has not cashed yet, but if it bounces-then The Attourney General(Elliot Spitzer)will put a spanking down on them LEGALLY!!

I would love to be part of a class action against this company....I didnt have buyers remorse at all, I guess my expectations were too high, with all the advertising and promises smartcertify makes, you do get suckered in. I was unemployed at the time and I had to go in to debt to pay for thier course. thier salesperson promised me I would be set up on job interviews as soon as i recieved my first cert...this never happened and i asked where my job interviews were and no one knew what i was talking about and still cant get anyone from the company to address it. A job alone would have been worth the price they charged , but the fact of the matter is if you take a piece of crap and wrap it in pretty paper and put a pretty bow on it , you still have crap under it all which is the foundation of smartcertify...sell the product flaws and all , do what you have to do just get that cash!. There seems to be a common thread of all the complainers, they were promised one thing and recieved another. I have all the certs I need now A+ NET+ MCP(x2), but I did it the way it should be done, by as much hands on as possible finding an expert to mentor you, read read read and for that I know I am 100% more appealing to prospective employers, because i have "real" working knowledge.

We have been doing this for 18 years now. If the training and the technical support was as bas as you say it is, we would not still be here. More than likely, you had buyers remorse. That is typical. We have over many students world-wide that are taking the training and having a successful experience. My guess would be that IT is not the right area for you. If we can take an 18 year old kid and turn him into an A+ certified, MCSE2000 certified, and CCNA certified all in one year, I thik that we are doing our job correctly. Maybe you should look into who we train before you say that Microsoft may help you in your law suit venture. We train Microsofts employees in-house. Good luck.

Based on a review of the company warranty: http://www.smartcertify.com/support /warranty.asp and based on the valor of the product itself, I think that the majority of consumers complaining about this company did not have a REAL desire in achieving certification or were in a financial bind and just "want out." Let's face it, this is a market in a time where items and services are mostly disposable. We are used to using it, abusing it and getting out when we want to...even if it is not the ethical thing to do. Simply put, the company says "hey we guarantee that the training will get you certified and if it doesnt we will give you all of your money back." I think...if the training "sucked" as these people are saying they should put their effort where their mouth is. Take the exam! PROVE that the training impeded your efforts and then get your money back! When these people bought the training they realized what the refund policy was right? No? Well then how do you explain most of them stating that they saw the refund on the product? In addition to that, after seeing the refund itself, which CLEARLY says in so many words...if you open me, you agree that a refund is based on failing the certification exam. TAKE THE EXAM!!!!!!!!!THAT IS WHY YOU BOUGHT THE PRODUCT!!!!!!! I am seeing one thing in common in these reports...total buyers remorse! The product works...if it didn't I don't think the refund they offer would exist. Anyone ever been to college? Had a professor that you hated? I did. Even though I hated the professor and did not agree with his teaching style I can still look back and say that I graduated. But imagine this...what if I failed just one of my finals...and got all of my tuition back based on that failure! Holy cow would I have made out like a bandit! The point is that I really don't think that these people are here just to take our money and run. Yes I am advocating for the company on this one because I think that the positive information available on this company FAR outweighs the negative. What kind of car do you drive? Who makes the shirt you are wearing right now? How well do you think you drive? You will find negativity in every one of them if you look for it. What ever your answer may be, just remember this...there is negative in anything but to seek the positive is often more challenging. When it comes to the endeavor of achieving a goal, there are some of us that are committed and some of us that are committed but have no continuing drive to stay that way.
