Smart Certify Direct Don't believe the 100% money back guarantee ripoff Clearwater Florida
My roommate enrolled in Smart Certify's online course. He paid for it with funds from my checking account. When I found out about it, I sent not 1 but 3 letters to the physical address asking for a refund or a receipt for my lawyer. 9 months have gone by and I haven't heard a word from them. So, I went to the website and sent an email to their customer service department asking for the same thing and 1 month later, I haven't heard from them either. Guess I am just SOL. But they advertise 100% money back guarantee. Try to get ahold of someone.
