Smart Body Max GC Extract Reboot Cleanse Max GC Extract Advertises free trial, then charges you full price if you don't cancel within 14 days, before trial period ends, and the product doesn't work! Miami Flordia
I ordered the free trial offer of Max GC Extract where you pay only for shipping. Before disconnecting from the call they also offer the Reboot Cleanse, also just for the price of shipping. I got the product and used it as directed. It did not work. Then I got my Visa bill and was charged $89.97 for one bottle and $94.97 for the other bottle. They send a 30 day supply, but expect you to cancel within 14 days, that is hidden in the small print apparently. Because I didn't call and cancel with 14 days (which is before I even knew if it would work), they charged my card $184.94.
I was shocked when I opened my Visa bill today. When I called the phone number on my bill I was able to cancel any more orders but they told me I would have to pay the bill, because I didn't cancel within 14 days. This is a huge ripoff. Even though these products don't work, they won't give a full refund. I was able to get a 50% refund after talking with the supervisor, but I am still not satisfied. I feel this is just a scam.
If they really have so many "happy" customers, why won't they refund the money to those people to whom it doesn't work? That whole 14 day free trial is a scam, and the products don't work. I have never filed a report like this before, but I feel so ripped off that I had to share .
