I have placed an order on 7th November 2013 and on the same day items were payed via Paypal, using my Visa Electron.On 20th November the seller confirmed to me that the package was sent out on 19th November. On 27th December we also checked the address where the items were sent to and it seams OK. The person I was talk to is Richard Gibson ([email protected]). Now they use this website: www.slick-gifts.com.
I asked them several times to run a tracking for the package, but it looks like they took a decision to ignore my
questions. It is not about the money, but the way they treat the problem and the way how they take care about relationship with customer
