Sleepys Nasty Saleswoman- Very Snippy- Selden New York
Went to purchase mattress at Sleepy's Selden Location.
Saleswoman was outside smoking cigarette when we got there and we went inside and started to lay down on some of the beds.
We looked to see if she was coming in to help us as there was not one else in the store to help us. She was still smoking and talking on a cell phone.My wife and I were trying to decide on two different beds that we liked. I like one, she liked another one.
This saleswoman finally came back in. She said she didn't see us come in the store. She said she was the Manager and her name was Jean. Well we really did not need her help by that time. We were deciding on our own and felt she wasn't too nice in her attitute anyway. She would not leave us alone and started asking some personal questions. We asked her to leave us alone, that we were doing fine.
She would not leave us alone. We finally got up and started to leave. She ran in front of my pregnant wife and blocked her way. I went to my wife and took her arm and we left the store. This woman was horrible. I will never go to Sleepy's again. We went to the smithhaven Mall and checked Macy's and Select Comfort. We purchased the King Size Select Comfort and we love it.
