Saw a Facebook ad and took advantage of it. They advertised military technology. Items showed the "SkyLink” logo on them. I thought this antenna would be different and work so I purchased. My FREE SHIPPING was never applied. I guess most don’t pay attention to the total. Then I realized there is NOT a phone contact number. USUALLY this is my red flag, however, 100 free HD channels sounded good. Once item arrived I immediately installed to try. First tv scan produced nothing. Then I ran cord across living room to outside porch and I got 3 channels. However, they would pixelate and freeze. Not happy and sent email for refund. Response was "they do NOT accept refunds and it was corporate policy”. I further responded with the threat that they were running a fraudulent company as this is not posted on their website and I had every full intentions of reporting to proper authorities. I would further dispute credit card charges. Suddenly... my PayPal account was credited.
In short, the package arrived without a company name. The antenna didn’t have any SkyLink logos on it. The literatures for set up doesn’t say SkyLink on it. It is generically labeled HDTV antenna and no where does it say the amount of projected channels you could receive. These people purchased a bulk amount of generic cheap antennas and are remarketing for profit. It is garbage! They hope you will not fight for a refund so they can turn a profit on these WAY OVERPRICED antennas!
