skylark fitness Regal Diet keep taking payments with no receipts/contact data Internet

Company keeps taking 45.14 if I keep a balance on my checking account and so far under two different names.  Regal Diet and now Skylark Fitness. Package of vitamins sent with no contact info from a distribution center.  I dont know what to do besides closing this account.
