Lyle Howry Filed a Lawsuit against Reggie Benjamin, Mark Shayatovich, Iwona Benjamin, and Roscoe Benjamin on June 30th, 2020 For Slander, Defamation and other charges.  Whoever wrote this article is absolutely correct. I did research and the court case is true. Glad someone nailed him. He did very similar things to my friend Amy Weber. He’s 62 years old and plays such games. Shame on him. I advised Amy of this article and the lawsuit that finds Lyle Howry guilty of slander and stalking. I told her to write in detail what happened on here. This is my real name and I’m a real person.

Sean Stewart the other gentleman in this pic also knows a lot about Lyle. Let’s all try to meet and discuss but again only the truth. Nothing made up or no lies just facts.

I did not state the FBI was investigating them! So, whoever this is (and I have a good Idea), there can be no criminal case against me for stating what I “will” do. I am the victim; not the people behind the crap written in this ROR.

Let make crystal clear the intent of the statement in question.

I am currently in the process of having these people investigated. Unlike them, I choose not to state their names until I have I have all my ducks in a row. Once completed, formal complaints will be made and I can then associate this matter with actual case numbers – assigned to the complaints by the local police and FBI – in a follow-up rebuttal.

Mike and  Lyle Just stumbled across this. This is really a civil matter, however I think all attorneys would agree: Lyle be aware of the Fbi/detective comment, stating that the Fbi/detective will be visiting these people, means there is a pending case. If there is good for you. However, I cannot see them picking up this matter truthfully.

There is more terrorism and more serious matters than a civil matter. If this comment is just written out of haste , this turns criminal against you. One cannot make a criminal threat. That being said, Mike, now In your defense I would contact a criminal attorney to see that prior to this date that Lyle has written this , his statements are true or false.

If false, I would move forward against criminal charges against Lyle, if true I would still get a criminal attorney. Bottom line this is civil

I did a literal spit-take when I heard about this report. As someone who has worked with Lyle Howry/Skinfly for many years, I can attest that nothing written in the "report" could be further from the truth. In one instance that I am personally aware of, an investor in one of Howry's MANY produced and released feature films insisted upon releasing funds on a time-line basis. In the middle of said productionTHE INVESTOR renigged and Howry paid much of the cast and crew out of HIS OWN POCKET!

I also have personal knowledge that Sean Stweart has NEVER spoken ill of Howry or his company, Skinfly.

The "whiner" authoring this fictional "ripoff" is either ignorant of, or has chosen to ignore, the fact that Howry's films have been released, appeared on Netflix, HAD A NUMBER ONE DVD on Walmart.com and won various awards! This person clearly has an anomous against Howry that is personal as he/she has no clue about the real man or his company.I, however, do! First-hand!

I recommend that Howry file suit, serve ROR with a subpeona for the release of the author 's name (if not as fabricated as his/her story) and seek LARGE damages for liable and calumny! and a retraction of this Grimm Fairy Tale!

Here is the thing about this site, anyone can post anything with out any kind of proof or evidence. I know who this Mike person is because I sued HIM and have a judgment on them, and  that he is 2 months behind on payments on it, if not him his out of control manager that has filed bankruptcy a few times one of them for only $10,300 dollars and lives with his mother in chicago, yes I know everything about you (M).

I am ready to get a writ in court on them so I can expose them to the Entertainment Industry, for now I will just say this, anyone can contact Sean Stewart who is in the picture with me and ask him if I have ever taken a cent from him, the answer will be no!

I am haveing these 2 people investegated right now so I do not want to state their names until I have everything on them. At that point the FBI and local police will be visiting them, the only way they can keep coning people out of their money is to write bullcrap on other people they owe money 2 and not use their real names!

They are sad people! The fact is if I did do this to you, use your name, you cant because you are a cowards and Liers!
