I ordered a bunch of skincare from this rude seller via Etsy and when the package arrived, they look so cheap like they were from Dollar store Wisconsin Fond du Lac
Terrible products and horrible customer service. This seller got so rude and defensive when I expressed my disappointment in her tacky products. I bought Over $200 worth of skincare but she kept yelling at me over the phone that her good are the best.
How she knows that is beyond me. She has a few bff's posting positive feedback on her products. And the constructive feedback are deleted. Her reviews are fake. Pls don't get ripped off. Black soap was not full. She sold me half container of a watery crap that she claims is black soap.
$60 body lotion feels like Aveeno. Nothing special. Spot remover didn't work. Her rudeness as evidence on her Instagram posts is what's most disgusting. a scam!

The seller "knows" that her stuff is the "best" the same way that every salesperson knows that she's offering you the very best deal on the very best product ever- because it's their job to say such things.
You purchased crap makeup from a Multi-Level Marketing scheme and you're right, much of it is no better quality than Dollar Store crap.
The positive comments are probably from her downline or bots. Buy makeup from a store you can return it to. Stay away from these honbots and their pyramid scheme sales.
