I ordered Skin Element on the internet and gave them my credit card. It was a "trial" and I was paying for the postage. They some how got you to click on the Eye Vibe also. So I was charged .99+.99+3.95+5.95 for 11.88. I was charged for the postage on 10/24. I received the 2 products in an unmarked box. I was not told of any membership to a club or any mention of charging me for the product. On 11/04 I was charged $97.83 and on 11/07 I was charged $105.79 for the eye vibe. So, now I am out $203.62 plus the high postage. I called them on 11/17, that is when I realized they charged me the $203.62. They said they would give me a 50% refund, I said I wanted the entire refund and they said it would be a $20 restocking fee for each item for $40. I said how can you restock when I have used it-he said abrasively, it's for handling. I am getting a refund of $74.05 for the eye vibe and $68.48 for Skin Element--not enough! The ad also has Dr. Oz's picture and christy Brinkley's so you think it's legit. Also when you click on Skin Element, sometimes another product comes up like Borealis. My friend received that one and they didn't make her pay but they told her it would be a $9 restocking fee. I argued as best I could but they wouldn't do any better. I have not received the refund as of now but it has been only 3-days. It's hard to beleive these people are getting away with this scam--please help stop this crime!
