Sims Furniture Purchased a Consolidated Bedding mattress. 5 months old, 1" hole on each side of the bed with large hump in center. Sims Furniture Galleries states that it acceptable by manufacturer standards. Will not do anything to support the customer. Manager was a robot all he said multiple times "made to manufacturer standards" Hudson Florida
Sims Furniture Purchased a bedroom set with a Consolidated Bedding Mattress. It is five months to the day and it has a 1" sink hole on both sides of the mattress. I was told that this is acceptable by manufacturer standards. I disagree, both my husband and I are under 125 lbs. We have two sink holes in the mattress with a large hump in the middle. The technician that came to report said it was bad; although Sims states it is fine. It is not fine. They will not do anything to replace this. Both my husband and I wake up each morning with backaches and actually have a bit of difficulty getting out of the hole!
