simon perkins - Global Head of Human Resources for HSBC, and formerly in a similar role at Citi Group, routinely blacklists individuals not only from firms he works for, but also spreads rumor, slander and defamation about individuals across others financial firms and beyound in NYC to prevent individuals from gaining employment and attempting to ruin his or her careers in violation of ,at least, employment law.
Human resources representative simon perkins has:
- Blacklisted individuals from emplyment in NYC and beyound.
- Dismissed and belittled individuals education and accomplishments.
- Recommended that individuals "go back to the college they graduated from and request their money back" because he or she would "never" work at a specific firm or in a specific area of a firm, such as investment banking.
- had a good time laughing while he was disclosing this to individuals.
simon perkins represents the bottom of the barrel of not only business or human resources people, but people in general. he has blatant disregard for anyone who is not a superior of his who can not help his career and treats people in a manner that is not fit for everyday socialization, nevermind the business world. How such a low class indivdual even attained the jobs he has is an investigation in its own right and I'm sure once carried out, everyone who he has ever degraded will be the ones laughing. he is a total clown.
simon perkins conduct has been reported to superiors on many more than ONE occassion.
