I purchased a dvd from them, just got it in the mail and there is no volume, it’s staticky, cuts on and out, blurry. I’ve emailed them twice in the past 48 hrs and haven’t received a single response. When you call the number on their website it just goes to an automated recording and then hangs up on you. I just want my money back or my movie replaced with one that works perfectly, like a brand new $20 movie should. Thank you
