SILVA CAPITAL LLC., FRANK SILVA, JOSEPH KOHLHORST unprofessional, cheating, liers, 5points, broke, desperate, lawsuits, labor board, f***s employees over, doesnt pay employees, bounced checks HONLULU Hawaii
This was made to report a very unprofessional mortgage company called SILVA CAPITAL. FRANK SILVA the owner as well as JOSEPH "HORSE" KOHLHORST the co owner have been known to rip people off by charging 5 points up front or getting them a higher interest rate with a bigger rebate. They will also give people adjustable rate mortgages instead of fixed rates that would benefit them because ARM loans have a bigger rebate in the back.
*REBATE= hidden points that the broker gets and it is not shown in the GFE. Ex. You currently have a 6.5% and he is giving you a 5% on the GFE. He is charging you 2 points up front (what you see on the GFE) for a 5% interst rate. SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? WELL IT IS! because he is also getting a 2 point rebate from the bank ( what you dont see on the GFE).
They try to charge 5 points on a loan or the highest amount of points on the loan if it is possible. They trys to get away with it by smooth talking customers. Just like the snake who persuaded eve to eat the apple.
They dont care about trying to help a customer all they want is the money. I had a customer with a loan of $66k, they called it a Hummer loan and didnt want to do it. Why? because they werent making any money off of the loan. But to me that didnt matter, I wanted to help this lady out.
Joseph on the other hand has been known to cuss out customers and tell customers to F*** OFF. He has been really aggressive towards customers as well as employees. No wonder no one pays attention to anything that lying son of a b***h has to say. Every word that comes out of his mouth is fake and he puts on such an act. But hey it just might be a family thing, his cousin was an actor/comedian known as Chris Farley.
They fire employees right before payday and not pay them then accuse them for stealing from his company. If I could get a dollar from every time they done said that to an ex-employee I'd be a millionaire.
Frank and Joseph are already being investigated by the FBI, Labor Board, and attornies. Frank threatened me about he is going to prosecute me for stealing files. Something which is an accuzation and he has no proof of such a thing. I dare him to take me to court, because I work for the baddest attorney in the state of Hawaii who eats mortgage companies for lunch.
Frank is such a hypocrite talking about stealing. He stole from his own company when he worked for Ameriquest. He hacked into the system and stole the leads from another branch of the same company. But like they say KARMA IS A b***h.. AND SHE DOES KNOWS HOW TO BITE YOU IN THE a*s.
YES FRANK YOU ALREADY KNOW WHO THIS IS... AND YES IM PUTTING YO DUMB a*s ON BLAST. BUT HEY I THOUGHT THE WORLD SHOULD KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY YOU ARE RUNNING AND HOW BAD YOU ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.

SILVA CAPITAL IS A STRONG COMPANY WITH A GOOD FOOTPRINT IN THE ALOHA STATE. Just because Mr. Chung had a bad experience doesnt mean you have to go bashing the company or its owners. Everyone has a choice when they take a job somewhere, including you. I love seeing people just come on here as if there is no care in the world for the remaining employees at a company. If you are "hooked up" with the so called best attorney in Hawaii, then an attorney would advise against posting something like this. Horse and Frank are very good at what they do and have built that company to where it is today, which you have no appreciation for because you will never own anything in your life, you will always be someone elses employee! Get over the fact you stunk at sales and go get a job pumping gas. I have known these owners for a long time and this is the total opposite of how they are.
