Silent Infotech Pvt Ltd Devendra R. They use the Freelancer website UPWORK.COM to lure you to pay for software development and then drag the project on with excuses only to end up not delivering any work and won't refund you Gandhinagar Gujarat

They find victims on a freelancer website www.UPWORK.com and then lure them to take payment outside UPWORK's terms of service and have you pay them on their company website

They drag the project on with excuse after excuse... and then after the situation esculates they refuse to refund you money...
