shopparoo I ordered 3 products online and never received them. Customer service non-existent.
I ordered 3 products and never received them. When I reached out to customer service to get help, they provided a false USPS tracking number. when I looked up my order status, it shows it never left China and was never even in the possession of USPS. When I kept asking for answers their responses fell silent.
