Shop Your Way Sears Holdings Sears Kmart ShopYourWay Freezes Rewards Accounts with Zero Warning or Any Explanation Hoffman Estates Illinois
This program is actually rather good when you first use it. It will give you offers like $10 off $10 or $15 off $20 along with games you can spin wheels to get like 5 cents-$5 or more and you can get a decent amount of free stuff at KMart or Sears. But they can decided to completely randomly freeze your account from online orders and this is done by Corporate.
Due to this action being taken by Corporate, the every day customer service agents and even supervisors will have no clue why you are banned if they can even see that you are banned. They even ignore emails to corporate executives. Even filing complaints with BBB, FTC, IC3 Internet Fraud, and PA State Attorney General have all gone ignored.
I don't know what has happened with Sears as years ago when they refused to honor a warranty on a bed, they immediately responded to a BBB complaint. Now it seems that Sears Holdings is so brazen that they will completely ignore any complaint including the gmvernment's FTC.
